  • No. Not even close. This is a recalibration across training, nutrition, recovery and sleep - so your brain and body finally work with you in midlife, not against you.

  • They’re recorded. Plus, 1:1 support keeps you moving.

  • Not at all. The Edge Protocol is plant-based at its core (because it’s incredible for energy + recovery at 50+), but it’s flexible enough to work whether you’re vegan, plant-curious or just want smarter fueling. The principles work for anyone wishing to swap in their own dietary preferences. Please note, any recipes I share are plant-based only.

  • The workouts are designed to be completed either from home or a gym.

    As a minimum, you will require 2 sets of dumbbells - one lighter set for shoulder press, lat raises and overhead triceps and a heavier set for chest press, bent over row, deadlift and dumbbell walking lunges and squats.

    The weights will need to be sufficiently challenging that you can only just complete 3 sets of 8-12 reps. If it feels too easy, time to go heavier.

  • Your workouts and educational material are delivered via the Everfit app. It’s where we’ll also keep in touch.

    Weekly group calls take place on Zoom.

  • Of course it does - because you take your time, energy, and money seriously. So do I.

Meet your coach

I’m Wendy - former lawyer, ultra-runner and midlfie performance recalibrator.

I’ve worked in high-performance environments - private practice, the Olympics and one of the UK’s largest construction companies. I know what it’s like to operate at full tilt - and what it feels like when your body stops keeping pace.

At 50, I trained for a 275-mile ultramarathon - and gained seven pounds. Then came the sleepless nights, the tired mornings and the random waves of anxiety that seemed to appear out of nowhere.

That was my wake-up call.

You don’t have to be a marathon runner to relate.
