Coaching is a collaborative process and the calls form part of a structured program. Consistent attendance and engagement support optimal outcomes, so I would encourage you to attend.

You don’t need to identify as plant-based to thrive here. Some women are; others adapt key principles. The goal isn’t labels - it’s performance aligned with your biology and ambition. Please note, any recipes I share are plant-based only.

The workouts are designed to be completed either from home or a gym.
As a minimum, you will require 2 sets of dumbbells - one lighter set for shoulder press, lat raises and overhead triceps and a heavier set for chest press, bent over row, deadlift and dumbbell walking lunges and squats.
The weights will need to be sufficiently challenging that you can only just complete 3 sets of 8-12 reps. If it feels too easy, time to go heavier.

Your workouts and educational material are delivered via the Everfit app. It’s where we’ll also keep in touch.
1:1 calls take place either on Zoom or WhatsApp, either as a video call or audio call as agreed between us.
Group calls take place on Zoom.

Meet your coach
I’m Wendy - former lawyer, ultra-runner and midlife performance recalibrator.
I’ve worked in high-performance environments - private practice, the Olympics and one of the UK’s largest construction companies. I know what it’s like to operate at full tilt - and what it feels like when your body stops keeping pace.
At 50, I trained for a 275-mile ultramarathon - and gained seven pounds. Then came the sleepless nights, the tired mornings and the random waves of anxiety that seemed to appear out of nowhere.
That was my wake-up call.
