I’ve worked in high-performance environments - from private practice, to the London 2012 Olympics, to one of the UK’s largest construction companies.
I know what it’s like to operate at full tilt - and what it feels like when your body stops keeping pace.
At 50, I trained for a 275-mile ultramarathon. I was running up to 89 miles a week during peak training… and still gained weight. That was my wake-up call.
The playbook I’d used for decades no longer worked for the body I was in.
Now I coach high-achieving women over 50 to reset their performance with strategies that respect their phase of life - and unlock their next level.
